Licensing is the process by which one party grants another party permission - usually in return for financial or other considerations - to use a trademarked, copyrighted, or otherwise legally protected intellectual property (such as a character, name, likeness, logo, saying, or graphic) in conjunction with a product or service.

Submission Guidelines
Whether you are an individual artist or a multi-national corporation, CopCorp Licensing is always interested in considering additional brands for licensing representation. If you would like to submit your intellectual property to CopCorp Licensing for consideration, please e-mail a brief overview of your property to CopCorp Licensing Executive Vice President Robert Postal.
If there is a Website showcasing your property, simply include the URL in your e-mail. If you do not have a Website, you may send a few (no more than four) JPEG or TIFF graphic files as attachments to your e-mail instead.
Please note that, due to the high volume of evaluation requests that we receive, CopCorp Licensing can no longer accept unsolicited hardcopy samples for review. We ask that you DO NOT mail, ship, or deliver any original artwork, prints, slides, disks, tapes, or other materials to CopCorp Licensing unless someone has specifically requested and, therefore, is expecting it.
If you are invited to submit hardcopy samples to CopCorp and wish to have your samples returned to you, please be sure to include a Self-Addressed Stamped Envelope.
Please be aware that it may take several weeks from the time we receive your submission before we can get back to you. If we like your work and/or would like to see additional samples (electronically and/or hardcopy), you may rest assured that someone will contact you.
